Since building the last stage, construction costs and Albury City Council fees have tripled. This has lead to an increase of over $100,000 per lot, which has to be passed on for the next stage. Stage 6 is the last stage where we can offer low cost blocks in such a fantastic location as it was built pre-Covid. There are only a small amount left. Stage 7 lot pricing will start at $400,000 for 600m² lots, directly due to the extra construction costs and fees.
