No, you can build when you are ready however the Developer asks that you keep the block mowed and tidy.

What is the deposit amount?

A 10% deposit is required until settlement.

Is there an easy ‘buying land’ checklist I can follow?

▢ Land selection -Time to find your block of land
▢ Place a hold – A $1100 holding deposit is required, to be organised with our agent Jessica at Stean Nicholls Projects.
▢ Choose A Builder – Speak to your choice of Builder to select your desired house plan and costings to build.
▢ Choose a Solicitor or Conveyancer – To undertake your land conveyancing
▢ Proceed To Contract – Once you are ready to proceed to contract we will send you a ‘How we proceed from here’ form and the details to pay a $500 contract preparation fee
▢ Exchange your contract – Time to make an appointment with your Solicitor or Conveyancer to exchange your contract within 10 – 14 days.
▢ Settle on the land – Within 60 days from the day you go to contract or earlier by agreement
