Buying Process

How do I place a hold?

There is a $1000 holding deposit required, to be organised with the Developer. Please contact us and include your full name, the requested block and contact number.

What is the required deposit?

A 10% deposit is required upon the exchange of contracts.

Is there a time frame on when I must build by?

No, you can build when you are ready, however, the Developers request that you keep the block mowed and tidy.
